Problem on Win10 Using Bluetooth headphones

    Hey guys,

New here and had done a bit of searching but couldn't find a thread on this, but tons on the internet.

Since buying my PowerSpec G707, i haven't been able to successfully use airpods, Razer Hammerheads or other bluetooth audio devices, as once I start a game up or use multiple apps, the audio cuts out. EX: Have Spotify on, run a steam game, all audio turns off. turn game off, music back on. This also happens when just ONLY listening to music after a short time.

I've followed all steps in re. to power management, disabling the "hands free", 2nd device in settings, all drivers are up to date, I have in-place updated Win10, everything. Win Support's last resort is telling me to reinstall windows, which I truly am not sure must be done. I have even edited registry to have the "automatic" setting forced under bluetooth properties. Does anyone have this issue currently, or do you have a fix? I work from home as well so i am forced to use terrible wired headsets and it confines me to the desk. please help me out!

    Hello and welcome to forums!

    1. Have you tried to install official audio drivers? (from motherboard site)
    2. Does it happen with all games or only particular ones?

hey, thanks for the reply! it happens with all games, and I have the latest drivers installed but can try once again re-downloading them from powerspec themselves. I will try this and update, thank you so much.
