Windows 7 Games For Windows 10

    Hello

So i want to download the W7 Games for W10 zip file from here

Get Windows 7 games for Windows 10

But as far as i know that they only can be installed in C drive where i have the W10 installed. I don't know if they can be installed in any other drive but i don't think so, i might be mistaken however. If someone could answer the following i would greatly appreciate it.

    1) Will future CUs or feature version updates uninstall the W7 Games in the future ?

    2) Will CUs or feature versions of W10 like 1903, 1909, 2004, 20H2 etc do like a cleanup and i have to reinstall the W7 Games again ?

    3) Can W7 Games be installed on another drive other than C drive like : D, E, F etc. ?

    - Yes, most of the time when you upgrade from one version to the other. All you have to do is to reinstall.
    2) Will CUs or feature versions of W10 like 1903, 1909, 2004, 20H2 etc do like a cleanup and i have to reinstall the W7 Games again ?

    - Only on Upgrades

    - They install by default on C: . But you can try to move them to another drive.
From what I see here you can move the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games to another place and update the shortcuts on the start menu

But once i move them is it possible to actually uninstall or delete them from the C drive itself so in case of CUs or feature version updates i don't have to reinstall them again ?

Also from the link the install process for W8 is kinda pointless since you don't need to copy those .dll because you have an installer for W10.

The only problem is it installs only in C drive.

As you pointed out earlier it seems only step 5 is relevant for W10 install but i'm still not sure if the games will actually work if i delete from C drive or if any future CUs or feature version updates will.

The main issue is IF they will actually work if the are installed anywhere else other than C drive.

I think it's mostly because of changes to the Registry at the twice-yearly Version Upgrades, usually any icons on the Start menu become inactive necessitating the re-install. I keep the download on the computer just for that reason.
