Windows 10 Lags, Black Screens, and crashes when gaming (Version 20H2)

As the title states, I'm having a frustrating issue where any time I play a game on Windows 10 at all, the game will start lagging along with my entire system. When this happens, I can't hear any sound, and people in discord can't hear me at all. If I can manage to close the game before the system crashes, it will recover and I have to change my input device for people to hear me (in my case my Blue Yeti Nano.) This same issue started up back when I reinstalled Windows 10 after already having several issues after upgrading my CPU from a Phenom to a Ryzen CPU. I don't know if it's a power supply issue since I have a 600 Watt PSU, however when the system crashes like this, it completely black screens. At this point I'm tempted to just downgrade to 8.1 or move over to Linux, although doing so would mean certain software may not work, software that I rely on for my job. I've done everything from running sfc /scannow only to find no issues, to uninstalling my graphics driver with DDU and reinstalling them, to disabling fast boot, and even plugging my headphones into my 3.5 mm audio jack instead of the dongle since I know the dongle my Cloud II's use tend to have issues. I've attached a couple screenshots, one of which is reliability monitor and the other is the result of running sfc /scannow. I really want to get this issue resolved as soon as possible because it also affects programs like Microsoft Teams which I need for my job.

Edit: According to Reliability Monitor, this is what it says when I view the technical details for the hardware error:

    Description
A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.

    Problem signature
    Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
    Code: 141
    Parameter 1: ffffbb0355ad4010
    Parameter 2: fffff8061fc7077c
    Parameter 3: 0
    Parameter 4: 1c60
    OS version: 10_0_19042
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1
    OS Version: 10.0.19042.2.0.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

After looking up "Hardware Error 141" the only solution I can see on the microsoft forums is to completely reinstall Windows entirely. Unfortunately, that is not possible for me.

    **EDIT 2**
After running Driver Verifier, I attempted to load a game again and got another black screen. Upon forcing Windows to reboot via the old fashioned way (the power button) it blue screened on booting and specifically pointed to "amdkmpfd.sys", rebooted again, and booted normally. Looking into it, apparently this is NECESSARY for the AMD drivers to work, so I can't simply "remove" it. If anyone has any solutions based on this new information, please let me know as soon as possible.

Apologies for the double post, but as I have just found out, the fix was as simple as updating the driver through Windows Update. Games are running fine now, and I'll be marking this post as "solved" as I have found the issue for me.
