If the BIOS left your cpu 100MHz over the stock speed as default, I guess it's normal? Or at least 'normal' for the board you are using. I don't think you necessarily need to change anything. I was mostly pointing at there could be a board issue when running memory above JEDEC since they have not been tested. If it's still freezing then it's probably not that.

After digging a bit, ATKEX looks to be some form of a audio manager for the Realtek audio driver specifically for Asus boards on AI Suite. I have no idea what it does exactly, but I see Windows reports it as an APPCRASH. I suspect it's failing on startup for you, possibly because of a corrupted or conflicting driver that's needed for the .exe to run. I sense bloatware, but I'm not entirely sure.

Or the OP could try updating the Realtek drivers and see if that helps. Go from there.

Though the Realtek driver is a software fix hopefully it solves the hardware error.

Thank you guys for the replys!

So I installed DDU, launched OS in safe-mode and removed all Video and Audio drivers, there was NVIDIA audio and realtek audio drivers.
Then I've installed the video drivers which I downloaded directly from nvidia and nvidia audio drivers using "Driver Easy" tool. There was also a whole bunch of small drivers missing/needed an update for a SSD, MB and so on. So I downloaded I think 42 drivers using that tool and just installed them manually. I skipped the realtek audio drivers completely, now the sound plug works only from behind, the front audio plug gives me like an very small "echo" sound.
So I let my son test it for the whole day and the problem persisted. Here's how the "Reliability history" looks now...:

    #1: The whole list

#2: Desktop Window Manager always crashes because of KERNELBASE.dll just like One Drive

#3: For the games there's always main engine dll

I just checked SSD for bad sectors, performance etc and it came out without any errors but the "Samsung Magician" says that it's a little too hot at 60C. It's pretty hot summer but It shouldn't be a problem tho.

What other tools or what else I could check to go further?

Hey, try grabbing the Realtek audio drivers from your motherboard manufacturer instead. It's outdated, but hopefully it will fix your sound issues: Z170 PRO GAMING/AURA Driver & Tools | Motherboards | ASUS Global. If not then I don't understand why it gives you echo? Did you use any programs or enhacements to alternate the sound?

60c is normal for NVMe drives. But do not use driver-easy - or any 3rd party tools for that matter - to detect and download drivers for you. It's snake oil, they just want you to subscribe to their service. Grab all the proper drivers from Asus, the support page that I linked you. What drivers did you download exactly from driver-easy? 42 drivers sounds excessive.

Hey! Thank you for trying to help everyone!

So yesterday I did some more testing, the problematic driver was the newest nvidia driver, installing the "Game-Ready" drivers fixed the freezing issue.
Then I just completely reinstalled the Windows because of all those drivers I installed etc.
Everything works perfectly now but the only driver I installed manually was nvidia one, everything else is from the Windows Update.

I'll try to download all the drivers from the manufacturers pages and will update the situation!

If everything is running fine now, I would NOT update any of your drivers. You should make a complete image backup of your C-Drive using Macrium Reflect and store this image on a separate hard drive ...BEFORE making anymore changes to your system.

Unless you disableit, Windows update will update/regress drivers.

See this tutorial by Shawn Brink:

I had the same, and it was just my GPU failing. It would overheat extremely quickly, faster in some games because all games are different.

The issue seem to be that Windows doesn't really see it as an issue, as the real issue is happening between the card and your monitor. It's like you have a mouse, and your left mouse button doesn't click anymore: Windows doesn't know what is going on, but you cannot do a lot.

Thank you everyone for the replies! Anyway the problem was not fixed yet. I tried so many things and checked so many things that I have no idea what to do else. So I got my sticks from warranty back, I put them in, I reinstalled the windows again, BIOS in on default settings. But now my son started to get BSOD's while gaming again, sometimes it takes ~20minutes to get one, sometimes he can play for a few hours before getting one and playing the same game.

Last thing I did I tried to look for the temperatures and tried to log them to catch what's happening when the computer crashes but the temperatures seemed to be okay. CPU was at 72C at the time the BSOD appeared and GPU was at 82C(its kinda hot, but normal for this card).

The bsod says WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and leaves no dump at all.

Anybody can help me with this? Thanks in advance. :/ I have no clue where to go next.
