    Xbox Game Bar

I can still use it yesterday, but today I can't even open it.
Anyone encountered this problem as well?

    Windows version is 19041.388

Hello Trollwut, and welcome to Ten Forums.

You might see if using option 1 in the tutorial below to reset the Xbox Game Bar app may fix it so it'll work afterwards.

    Yes, I tried that.
I uninstall & reinstall it as well.
    Doesn't seem to change anything

Just to verify, double check to make sure the Xbox Game Bar is turned on.

Turn On or Off Xbox Game Bar in Windows 10

If it is turned on, then check for updates in the Microsoft Store app to make sure your apps are up to date.

If it still will not work afterwards, then you could try a repair install of Windows 10 that should also fix it.

I have an Xbox One controller so I can click the Xbox button and it works for me, but I'm not on 19041.388. Hopefully Brink's suggestion will work for you. I find that by simply restarting the PC will fix most apps refusing to open, but I haven't had that issue in a while.

So, about this repair install, I won't lose anything if I choose to keep them right?
There's a lot of things I haven't backed up & it will take too long to back them up.

Correct, you shouldn't lose anything, but I would always recommend to back up anything you don't want to lose first for safety.

Does it work with Win 10 Single Language?
Also, I don't own any license number since the vendor didn't give it out in my country even if they're official vendor

Only if the ISO file you use to do the repair install is the same as what you currently have installed.

Still doesn't fix it. I have no idea what to do anymore.
