Or you could run a Windows 95 Emulator on your Windows 10 machine
Here's a good one that I've had good luck with

I too have a lot of old 16 bit games. I too wish there was a user friendly, program to allow running of those games. A program WITH a GUI.
What I did, starting back with Windows 7, and forward, was Google: How to run game xxxxxx on Win 10 x64, for example.
I've found that most old games do have a fan base, and they do make programs/patches to run the games they like, on Windows 10 x64.
In the past 8-10 years, that's the best option I've found. Sometimes, if you're lucky, GOG.com will have your particular game, already patched to run on Windows 10. The sell them ofc, but usually they are really cheap. Some are even free.

Trying both methods, aka, GOG.com and Googling for the user fan base's solutions... I've found that the user fan base's solutions usually "look" much better. The GOG versions, "look" like 16 bit games.
The easiest is to purchase a win xp or win 7 license (Most used computer stores have unopened ones)
and use HyperV to create a virtual xp or 7 and then install the game there.
I run several games that way that don't work in win10.
Simcity, SimEarth, Poplous, Ms Flight Sim (Original) , etc.
This was released recently but I have not tested it.
