On post #20, looks like another power connection is required for the Radeon RX 580. If omitted, expect crashes!
From what I read it only needs a 8 pin connector, it only needs the extra 6 pin for overclocking

As someone who does overclock and use highend GPU's i would advise you to plug that 6 pin in and use it you are starving the card and on top you might not have the right power supply so i am just being upfront plug that pin in it will be a better situation

This image shows the 8-Pin connector as the overclocking sense pins are the 2 extra grounds:
The 6-Pin connector should also have sense pins to detect how much power to draw from PSU.

This next image is the connector you need if your PSU does not have the extra 6-Pin+2 connector:

I did not notice it either because I was looking at the ram slots thinking there was 2 stick in there.

What is left to test out is:
    1. SSD
    2. BIOS

To isolate SSD, you'll probably need another offline drive to backup data from one of your HDD's, and use that HDD to install Windows on it, and see if problem persists with that drive, you may want to detach all other drives to exclude them, and to prevent reformatting them.
You may want to test on HDD without installing any drivers first, and then again with original drivers.

And for BIOS, you'll have to follow manufacturer instructions very carefully on how to flash BIOS.
Flashing BIOS is your sole responsibility!

There is no need to test network cards since problem persists while offline.
I don't understand, what should I do with BIOS?

Upgrade to the latest Bios to stay up to date with the fixes & ram compatability to rule out Bios crashing your games ?

Here is a link from the AMD site about Bios Update & why to do it:

You have 1 stick of RAM and the BIOS pic (Post #23) shows you running it at 2400Mhz. Do you have a XMP profile set in the BIOS then? Take your a RAM back to its non XMP profile by disabling XMP. That might be the fix.

So at the end I gave up and took the pc to a computer shop, and after a occt test, replaced the PSU. The guy at the shop claimed that the problem has been solved but I will be able to check out for myself only tommorw. Will update.

For system temp monitoring I've found Core Temp to be a good fit. It displays all core temps individually in your System tray and has overtemp and customizing features

    Download Core Temp - MajorGeeks

Hey, yehonatans - How did you go with this issue?

I believe I have a similar thing happening, most of what you have said seems to correlate with my issues also. Mine recently started after installing the new Flight Simulator from Microsoft. Let me know how you went after your PC came back from the repair shop.

If anyone is interested I am happy to post my issue in either this thread or a new thread.
