    Windows store games management

Hi, am I missing something or is the windows store totally useless for browsing and managing games?

I'm signed up to the xbox game pass and after 15 minutes of trying I am unable to locate a basic list of games I have installed - can anyone assist?

I can look at 'my library' but this will only show purchased games and not games in the subscription. There is also an 'xbox gamepass' section under library management but this is non functional as most of the games are console only and not playable on pc while the ones that are playable on pc either say 'install' (which just gives an error saying no devices to install on), manage (seems to be random as this appears next to both installed and not installed games) or just an exclamation mark.

There appears to be no consistency, no way to separate games from apps, no way to see what's installed, no way to manage installations, no way to see what your subscription gets you.....

Have I got it all wrong or is this a complete unusable mess?

I don't know. I'm also paying for game pass though I've yet to subscribe to any games. That said I did buy Outer Worlds, but as you noted purchased games are listed in the library.

All that said, subscriptions should be listed in your Microsoft Account which can be access from the Store via Settings, View account. When in your account just click Services & Subscriptions. Again, I'm not subscribed to games so I can't say if this works for sure.

The problem isn't the subscription, that's actually quite easy to manage.
What I'm really looking for is some way to look and see which games I have installed. There just seems to be no such feature unless you have purchased the game and you basically have to remember every game you have downloaded. Easy I suppose if you have 10 games but I have over 2000.

Sorry, I'm still somewhat confused because at first you said this...

I guess my main question is are you talking about games in general or strictly games bought and tried within the Microsoft Store?

And what do you mean by installed? I ask that based on the about contradictory statements. Sorry.

I guess I'll have to give my game pass a tryout and see what's what
