A lot of games today still use the ini file for settings and tweaks. That said, the OP can put any amount of RAM they won't there but they still can't change the physical characteristics of the installed RAM - 6gig is still 6gig.

The registry is a major part of windows and can be very intimidating
Further, the Registry is made up of 5 text files called Hives, editing one area or section may have other entries dependent on it and not getting everything right can affect whether Windows works or correctly.

I found some Registry entries while searching for "Forza" but I don't know what to change and I don't want to do any damage. Yes, the game plays fine once you skip the warning. I wanted to sell this old PC and I would rather get rid of this warning. If that is not possible, then OK, but if anyone knows better please help.

You can't. End of story. There is no ini file to edit or anything you can do, as it is a uwp app. (A microsoft store app) These are secure apps that cannot have mods or anything configurable via files.

Only way is to get more ram to ignore the warning. However, DDR2 is going to be too slow for most games going forward in the future, regardless of the capacity anyway.

A few games I play use .xml files to store config data and user preferences, but as posted above, if it's a UWP app then there is nothing to edit.

As I said before, you can't fake the physical RAM - 6gig is still 6gig.
