    Error message trying to install an CD game

    I am trying to see if a CD game will work on Windows 10. I tried installing it today and it looked like it was working, but wasn't sure. I decided to uninstall it and try again. Then I got an error message saying "Setup has detected the unInstallShield is in use, please close out and try again." It was a 432 error. I tried rebooting it and it says the same thing. Any idea how I fix this, outside of taking it to a computer place?

    Remove the CD from the tray.
    Right click the Taskbar and start the Task Manager. Take the drop down arrow for More Details. Under the Processes tab, select any tasks that relate to this game, especially any that say Uninstall then End Task.
    Press the Windows key+R. In the Run box type appwiz.cpl. In Programs and Features, if there are any other programs in the list associated with this game, Uninstall them.;
    In File Explorer, make sure Hidden Files are viewable. Now do a Manual Search for any files created by this game and Delete them. Browse to C:\Users\(YourUserName) click on the previous Hidden folder AppData. Open Roaming and Local, if there are files there that are for this game, manually delete them. Empty the Recycle Bin and restart the computer. try again.
    If you still have problems, then you will have to edit the registry.
