Bad FPS since 1903 update with GTX 1060

Hi , I updated my computer yesterday for the lastest Windows 10 update and after it, my FPS still stay at 50 in all games. My FPS cap is set to unlimited in all game and 60 FPS in Nvidia control pannel. Before the update i still able to play at 100 fps or above with my GTX 1060 in 4k resolution. I tried to reinstall the graphic drivers, directx driver and after all it's not work . I reinstalled Windows 10 to see if it's will work and still doin the samething. I not tried to install 1809 version because i cant get it anymore on the Windows page.
I think this could be a configuration problem with the new Windows update, I still wait the new Nvidia driver or something. If someone have a idea of wath is the cause of this please help. Thanks

While I don't have a fix for your FPS you can get 1809 here.

Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool

For future reference keep the MCT tool from each version. Then you can call it back direct from MS.

Do you have a tool to convert ISO for USB key format?

    Glad it is sorted.

I would start to use a tool like Macrium Reflect to image your system. You can keep multiple versions of your system. Easy and fast way to recover. Build and test any boot media required for the tool you choose.

Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

I'm having a similar issue with my GTX 1080, this only provides a temp fix. 1809 will eventually force an update back to 1903 (or whatever else newer is out), then the issue will probably return. You can delay updates for awhile but eventually your time will run out. In all my efforts to keep the update service turned off, they have proved futile in the end, never lasting more than a month before updates kicked in again. So I just let it have the updates. Although I'm looking for a way to block outbound/inbound connections to the update servers via a firewall, as an alternative to playing the WU service on/off game. Just have to get a comprehensive list of the server addresses, then add to that list as they change. Windows can try to download updates to its' heart's content, but it will fail if it can't reach the servers.
