Maybe we should have a sticky thread for free games and special offers? Could be neat if we all have one place to look for freebies, sales and such. Dunno, just me thinking out loud.

Here's a deal for Amazon/Twitch Prime users (US only apparently) to basically get GTA V for free, today only.

Edit: Oh, looks like Xbox or PS4 only for the deal. My bad.

Warframe (Steam *boooooo* version or Standalone direct from Digital Extremes) If you like a single-player/4 man co-op, grindy, looter kind of game with crazy fast/fun movement, hack-n-slash and shooting. It runs extremely well compared to most of the console port crap out these days. 70+ FPS on the onboard/integrated GPU on my Ryzen 3 2200g APU for example. You can buy stuff with real money, but it is NOT pay to win. Everything can be done/acquired completely free, it just takes longer...which is how it should be IMO. If you just buy everything, what is left to do?

In short, FAST running, great looking, multiplayer (not PVP) game with a bit of a learning curve...it takes some time to figure out what to be working on, how to get things, mod/upgrade your weapons and warframe (character), etc. They do not hand hold in this game, but the other players are helpful and friendly.

What's wrong with the Steam Version? It runs through the same account with the benefits of the Steam community/friends, the overlay and local currency on in-app purchases. Warframe is one of the few f2p game I can support. DE has shown its users that they care and listens to feedback.

They want me to fill in my banking details for this "free" game... Unless I'm doing something wrong here.

Steam itself. That's just my opinion though. I find it to be bloated and intrusive DRM.
