Xbox One to Windows 10 Stuttering/Lag/Frame Rate Drop Problem

Whenever I stream my Xbox One to my Windows 10 PC, the game lags as if the frame rate dropped, so it basically stutters more then lag. And I've seen YouTube videos of people streaming their Xbox One to their computers and the game is not lagging what so ever. And those people have like a laptop or a tablet, something that is probably less powerful then my PC (spec wise). So what's the problem? My PC is connected via Ethernet and my Xbox One is connected via WiFi, the router is in the same room as both. My connection is [Ping: 10 ms] [Download: 29.64 Mb's] [Upload: 6.07 Mb's]. So what's the problem?

Are those the speeds of you're wifi?

Ensure you have a capable wifi network or connect via Ethernet.

Wifi preference is AC, N should be ok but in a busy wifi area will get a lot of interference, 5ghz AC would be fine as it's strong enough to not get affected by interference while Ethernet is the preferred method.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that the speed is for WiFi.. And you lost me on the other things, idk.

There is little required in terms of the pc such as a 1.5ghz cpu requirement and 2gb ram.

The rest is on the network, So how you connect to the xbox is key.

Option 1 is Ethernet, best method faster and less likely to get interference.

The recommended method is via Ethernet, Simply plug in a cable from the router to the xbox.

Option 2 is wireless AC, this requires a newer router though it has been around for a while it's not on all router types, Usually an ISP provided router won't have it but some do such as BT in the UK.
The better version of it is on 5ghz which is stronger signal and less likely to get interference from competing wireless signals in the immediate area.

Option 3
Wireless N, 802.11 N has been around for a while and is more than capable of the task but due to the lower power signal being in the 2.,5ghz bands it can be interfered easily from other wifi in the area or frankly any device running in that band such as a microwave.

There are phone apps you can get that check the channel of the wifi networks and look for a clean one, It's usually worth doing this to get the best performance out of the wifi and then just change the channel in the routers wifi settings.

I had this same problem on my HP Pavilion. High Quality setting was chopping the video and Medium and Low were lagging the controls. My HP has an AMD chipset and ATI graphics.
I decided to try my Toshiba Satellite with Intel i3 chipset with Intel graphics. The streaming worked flawlessly.
I believe the issue might your video adapter/drivers for your computer.
