    Go into Settings -> Gaming -> Game Bar. Then turn off "record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar".

There seems no way to click a link in Edge and have it open in a new open tab. It either opens in the existing tab or creates a new closed tab, depending on which mouse button you use.
