Xbox One Controller Issue?

Hi

I have just bought a new xbox one wireless controller, i previously had a xbox 360 wired controller but one of the bumper buttons has stopped working.
I have successfully paired the new controller and have started up Rainbow Six Siege, the controls seem to work fine until I get to gameplay and I find I cannot fire while aiming (but can fire without). I have connected my 360 controller and the shooting while aiming works fine.

Any ideas?

- from this YouTube vid, it looks as though it's possible..
- I don't play the game myself, so I don't know if there's a specific solution..

- have you tried deleting the controller from the PC (in devices) and then restarting..?
- as soon as you re-insert the controller, Windows10 should search out the correct drivers, and re-install the device..
