Cannot access any Microsoft site + Windows store is broken

So I decided to give Sea of thieves a go and try to download it, went on windows store and purchased 3 months of Xbox game pass, then when i went to download the game after i hit install nothing happened. Tried over and over again for about an hour with no luck.
So then I google the issue and most results linked to microsoft forums, none of which i could access, my pc just downright wont load anything Microsoft. I thought it was chrome but even Microsoft Edge wont do it.

I was told to check if the hosts file located in Windows/Sytstem32/Drivers/etc was different from default and with thorough checking there seems to be nothing wrong with the hosts file.

Was also told to disable anti virus and firewalls but they were already disabled.

Its been around 3 hours of searching results and trying different things, still cannot access any kind of Microsoft website or install anything on the windows store.

I really don't want to factory reset my PC and redownload 1.7TB worth of games so any help would be very much appreciated.

(Not tooooo PC savvy on the technical side so layman's terms are also appreciated)

That's your router's IP address. I think what Samuria means is what Domain Name Server (DNS) are you using. If you havn't changed anything in the adapter settings, you're likely using your ISP's DNS.

Did that but nothing changed, further research told me to run wsreset.exe as admin, i do that but it just stays on the cmd prompt black box doing nothing when it's suppose to close after a few seconds and reset the store.

Is there a proxy set in the webrowser often av uses it to scan but it's active even when disabled. I would remove av and third party firewall

Removed anything like that, and the MS sites wont work on any browser at all.
