See your antivirus and firewall were disabled. Have you done that, or was done by some software? I would run ADWcleaner and Malwarebytes just to check you don't have any malware on your system..
And run network reset. It is way down in Settings / network & Internet on the first side

Made a completely fresh account, it did nothing. Still the exact same issues
I went to the MS Store a few moments ago and tried to download an app but it wouldn't install. . I did some searching, and come to find out that Windows Defender Firewall must be enabled and ON through services.msc.
Just tried again and saw that both my Windows Defender Firewall has been switched on, tried turning it off and on again but still no luck.
About a minute after i click install on something, a message box appears saying "sorry, problem on our end", don't know if this helps
