Big Fish Games
Hi,
Does anyone know why certain Big Fish games no longer work correctly since 1803 update, particularly those developed by Elephant Games.

Can you be more specific as to the name of some of the problematic games?
I have several Elephant BF games so I’ll check.
I know there’s a problem with Malwarebyte’s exploit protection & BF games in that it either gives an error message or the game doesn’t open.

Hi Bastet,
The audio stutters and is out of synch with the video graphics. I have tried updating both video and sound drivers to no avail. It seems to affect mainly Elephant games. As I said previously this has occurred since 1803 update to Windows.
I ran the same games on my Windows 7 computer and they run perfectly.

I have Grim Tales the final suspect by Elephant games but that’s fine for me.
BF on their forum usually comment to uninstall the game & reinstall or run the .exe as admin to fix problems.
Depending on the age of the games they may also be too old to play on Windows 10 - Mystery Case Files - Dire Grove is an example for me.

The games I am referring to are new- namely "Haunted Hotel- The Thirteenth" and "Mist Over Blackhill"

Try disabling the custom cursor.

I've tested Mist over Blackhill & noticed the voice sync problem with the owner of the store but didn't see this when I met the girl or her Father.
No problem with audio stuttering though.
