Is anyone else here having any issues running Dota 2 and getting reduced performance in comparison to Windows 8.1?
I'm getting extremely low fps often to the point of it being a slide show, where I was getting a stable 40 fps in Windows 8.1.
Have tried both graphics drivers given to me by Windows update and reinstalling from AMD website as well.
I'm on the same train, on Win 7/8/8.1, I get 60+ FPS's, and on 10 i get like 30-40ish and a lot of stutters.
I already updated my drivers twice and still nothing.

I'm wondering if maybe it has something to do with the version of Source 1 that Dota 2 is using. Dota 2 Reborn is using Source 2 and I don't experience the low fps and constant stuttering as I would on original Dota 2.
As for Source games go, original Dota 2 is the only Source game where I have this issue. Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod and Left 4 Dead 2 all work amazingly well.
I haven't tried DotA 2 reborn on this Win10 installation, I'll check it when I get home tonight.
Correction to my previous post, Garry's Mod does suffer from really bad stuttering as well with 40-50 fps.
