    Some ergonomic issues with laptops

I got a laptop that i use in case my desktop should be causing problems. I found that if im spending just a few hours or more playing games on my laptop, it starts to get really uncomfortable. Is there anything you can do to get better ergonomics, if you are using a laptop for gaming?

Solved, i decided to mostly use my laptop for browsing.

Take a break- e.g. go for a walk, do some gardening - explore the real world... my physics teacher years ago said 'look at something green'.

Laptops aren't the most comfortable for playing games, if you can, consider getting a desktop or at the least a keyboard and mouse.

I already got a desktop, the laptop is mostly in case my desktop should be causing problems, or if im travelling somewhere and need my laptop with me.

How are you playing, is it in your lap? Best to have it on a desk, get a comfortable chair, and use a external keyboard and mouse. Try propping your feet up too.

I'm using the laptop on my desk. I found that it helps a bit to connect a keyboard and a mouse to the laptop, but it's still not really a comfortable solution.

    Start with your seating:

get yourself a fully adjustable chair you feel completely comfortable with.

Adjust it to the height of your desk...

Yes, it helps with a proper adjustable chair, but i still feel like it's not really as comfortable as a desktop. I think im just going to use my laptop for browsing and other similar things.
