Can I run XBox 1 games on my Windows 10 PC?

Being a PC gamer for quite a while, I've begun to see some games only available for XBox 1 that I maybe would like to play but I'm a dummy as far as what non-PC games I can play on Windows 10.

Can I purchase a XBox 1 game in the XBox store on Win 10 and be able to play that game on the PC? Specifically, I'd like to play Red Dead Redemption 2 when it comes out this fall.

    Thanks.

Short answer is no. Some games If you buy one version you get both the Xbox One and W8ndows version. But that list is very short. I haven't checked in awhile but the last I knew of was Gears of War 4 for example.

The only games that work on both W10 and XBOX1 are called Play Anywhere titles.
