Did you upgrade to the new NXOE, where it has the gray background and new menus? I can't seem to replicate your issue and I tried 4 different laptops on different versions of Win10...
Yup! Xbox one has been updated with the new menus. Upgrading my Windows 10 PC to the new Fall update to see if that works at all....It seems to be something with the Xbox One app on that PC...

Is there a way to completely remove the Xbox app and its components?
I used the Powershell script, but some folders were still present under Windows\SystemApps after uninstall.

Also is there a way to validate if the Media Feature pack is installed correctly? KB3010081.
The Xbox One App is still not showing "Stream," only Test Stream, which doesn't do anything.
When I go to DVR section under settings, it says a media pack needs to be installed, even though i did this multiple times.

Completely wiped my machine and put Windows 10 Pro N back on. Installed the media pack that was recommended and updated everything. The issue still exists. It must be something with Win10 Pro N, since it worked fine with Win10 Pro. Any suggestions???

Oh N is for non-US machines...are you in the US? If so, your xbox is probably NTSC, so is your laptop, and I'm guessing that N is trying to stream it for PAL...

Hmm you may have to reinstall, if it was home you could convert it to pro using a key, but ignore the K and N versions...the official one is multiple versions (US) - once you install, enter your pro key and you should be good to go.
