Random Crashing in DDO new Windows instalation

    Hello,
Recently I did a clean windows 10 instalation after getting new Ram and videocard for my old desktop pc.

There is one game that I keep playing since I found it, but lately it is very frustating for me as I keep crashing ramdomly to desktop. I only get the error message "ddo has stopped working; windows is looking for a solution.. etc"

The game is Dungeons & Dragons Online.

Well, I don`t know where to start to solve this problem, I did ram tests, checked if my drivers were updated; I got a new SSD, and I still have the problem.

Sometimes I can play for a couple hours with no crashes, next time I play I crash to desktop after 5 minutes.

I am thinking in gettng a new computer as maybe there is somethning faulty on mine (it is pretty old); but I wanted to know if I can do other test or diagnose and find which is the problem.

I hope you can help me,

    Best regards

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    5) Open control panel > large or small icons > troubleshooting > on the left pane click view all > run the program compatibility troubleshooter > report results into the thread
    6) In the left lower corner search type reliability > click view reliability history > post an image into the thread

Take Screenshot in Windows 10 General Tips Tutorials
For any problem posting images use one drive or drop box share links.

    7) If the above steps do not fix the problem then place the computer in clean boot:

Report into the thread the ability to use the program in clean boot.

Thanks, I will do that steps as soon as possible.
I think I already did a sfc /scannow and all was ok but I will do it again.

By the way, othe problem I noticed is that I get the error very often on google chrome, while navigating, loading new pages or watching youtube videos:

Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. To continue, reload or go to another page.

If I reload the page it works again.

Update-. I got some bluescreens (I think). It says something like "windows is gathering information about the error", then it reboots.
I tried step 4) with no changes, I still have ramdom crashes.
