I bought it on day one release for $60 buck. No regrets since even in it's buggy initial release it was still a lot of fun.

The biggest thing I love about the game is Night City and all the AI walking around. It actually looks like a crowded city with all sorts of stuff going on.

I've found myself stopping plenty of times to look at both the people and city. The game is a marvel in that respect. The graphics are excellent, the story is great, and it's got Keanu Reeves as your co-main character!

But yeah, no matter what anyone says there's always going to be the doubters and nay-sayers so... but the game is better than most realize.

Agreed, I loved the game

(Regarding the Cyberpunk 2077 game)...

LOL - I went out shopping with my character to find a jacket to match my Legendary bright blueish green pants. Visited 3 places and still couldn't find what I was looking for

The Legendary (Gold) tier gear is the highest you can get in the game but the payoff is modding them if they have slots. The Legendary pants I have, though a bit flashy, does offer 4 mod slots, and I've got some good Legendary tier mods

Anyway, who knew a 60-year-old man would go shopping for clothes in a PC game

That sounds like an excuse since there are guns galore in the game. So, if you decide you want to blast your way through the game that option is there.

Now if you're talking a Battlefield type game where it's nothing but shoot em up, bang em up, NO that isn't Cyberpunk. Then again, strictly running and gunning isn't my kind of game either.

In Cyberpunk 2077, you can stealth, shoot, or combo (shoot & stealth) your way through the game. You can also play without killing. The real beauty of this game is there are many approaches to achieve an objective. But no, it's not a run and gun game.

I mostly played stealth the first time around. This time I'm specializing in handguns and swords to be more of an up-close kind of guy. I still mix in stealth but I don't mind a shootout

Anyway, if it's not your cup of tea I understand. We've all been there
