I never got that project once I got all the pieces. I even complained on Ubi's site I never got the project. However, doing a review of my inventory I found I did in fact have the holster

Don't know what happened, but I do know I never got the project (still didn't) after gaining all the other pieces, yet it's in my inventory.

As I said before (and asked if anyone played there) if you want the good stuff you have to play in the Occupied Dark Zone. That would be any dark zone with a knife over it. The main difference between occupied and non-occupied is scaling - the "occupied" dark zone leaves your gear scale as is - making you prey for those with better gear and weapons. The non-occupied dark zones level gear for all players. In short the Occupied Dark Zone is more challenging than non-occupied dark zones, and thus why the better gear finds. Though getting them extracted can also be challenging as a player can easily go rogue and steal your gear.

I've got both those weapons. In fact I've got tons of name weapons (which that gold one is). My favorite is Quite Roar...

Are you talking open world or Dark Zone?

In open world I'm 2 of 4 thus far. The first one surprised me. The second one got me on a dumb mistake I made and nothing they did. That said, they're a fun challenge and you do have to be careful with them.

For the time being I'm just milling around and searching for gear, but I'm really waiting for them to open the last manhunt before going after Hornet.

Rogues in the open world.

I have found most of the gold gear and guns, pretty much stopped picking it up until my resources get low. All I hunt for now is better weapons.

Yeah, I ran into one on Roosevelt Island with bleed effects. She nearly got me twice before I got her.

As for gear, purple is auto deconstruct.

Not sure you fully read my post. I already have the holster....



Also have everything (can deconstruct one of my duplicate exotics for the exotic component) to make another one if I wanted to....

But, yes, I've seen a similar how-to guide (video though). I still don't know how or where I got the High Noon component from, I just know I hadn't gotten the project, and thus my post at Ubi's Division 2 forum.

It's possible I got the holster through an exotic cache after getting all the components.

I have not used it yet but I just collected the components and built the holster.
