Anyway my point is the Occupied DZ zone doesn't appear to be the hotspot it once was for exotics.

But yeah, I'm doing the League events (though not intentionally chasing them). I say that because I noticed I was getting points for headshots and wondering what that was about. And yeah, I just got a few exotic caches a couple of days ago. Got some wearable gear and a duplicate shotgun (Sweet Dreams) I deconstructed for exotic material.

And I always do the weekly projects where you have to donate stuff, cause I always have resources to donate due to my obsessive compulsive disorder to explore every nook and cranny

I also do the weekly mission projects on hard or higher. In fact I don't do any control points or missions like Jefferson Trade Center below challenging. For control points I get them up to Alert level 4 then attack them.

Anyway my next "mission" is for find all the components for the exotic "Liberty" pistol. Already got the trigger and mechanism, just need the other parts.

@Sygnus Maybe not exotics but likely unique items. Looked what I nabbed this afternoon from DZ east. 500% melee damage.

@Sygnus what is the Liberty Pistol mission? Is that the project where you have to get certain control points to level 4 in order to get a required part? I thought that was for a holster not a pistol.

That's pretty nice, especially if you're a close up player.

I'm about to re-think my gear for Occupied DZ play for PVP since I'm getting killed there.

By rogue agents or by general enemies?

@Sygnus If your looking to get weak point breaks for the current league equip your Mantis sniper rifle. It highlights enemy weak points.

Having a lot of fun with the Mantis right now. I had an elite heavy grenade launcher boss in Space HQ. I literally shot his grenade bag (weak point) three times and he exploded. Normally you would sink many rounds of ammo into those. Hitting weak points is a powerful way to dismantle enemies.

I don't have problems with putting enemies down, I have the issue of being surprised attacked by rogue agents. Anyway I found my armor was too low so I upped it from 669K to 1.2M. Should give me enough time to defend myself.

Thanks for the tip about the Mantis. Haven't used it yet, mostly use the Nemesis or my Signature riffle.

BTW are you playing in the "Occupied" Dark Zone? That's the one with the knife over the area on the map.

Sad to say I haven't really done too much when it comes to computer gaming anymore. Most of my gaming has gone over to the Nintendo Switch Lite.
