Which expansion? Warlords of New York? If you don't have that your behind and missing out on Season 2.

Warlords of New York is the last expansion I know of as well. Anyway I was under the impression Hemimax had that one

Just beat Darpa and built the Nemesis about a week ago, I will have to get it so I can be level 40 like you guys.

You can't use it until you're at level 40 as its a level 40 item. I also know this because somehow a level 40 exotic shotgun ended up in my inventory when I was at level 30. Sounds strange, it did happen, I can't explain it. Anyhow I was never able to use it. What's even stranger is once I reached level 40 the gun disappeared.

Regardless, you can't use or equip exotic gear until you reach level 40. And the only way to level 40 is playing the New York expansion. BTW the game is currently capped at level 40 (unless a recent change happened that I don't know about).
