Looks like an M700 Tactical with a critical hit talent... It was doing some nice damage. The Model 700 in there is nice too...

Based on what I seen, that's a nice rifle. I found an Exotic sniper rifle I use when needed called Nemesis...



Damage is based on how long you hold the trigger before firing. It does do damage

Have you looked to the Crafting Station to see if one can be made there? Also check the vendor next to it as she also sells crafting items

Wow crazy damage and attributes on that exotic sniper. I haven't found any exotics yet.
