Back to the Division 2 gear score. If I understand correctly the optimum defense or offense would be obtained by having all six the same color and manufacturer?
Yes; however only the green and I guess newer come in a complete set of six. See my post here - What Games are you playing right now? [2].
- Also here's a list of the gear sets - The Division 2 gear sets: all sets and stats revealed so far
- Gear set item (colors) - The Division 2 Items
I need to go through those lists myself as I only had the complete On Going Directive set (6 items) which is now weak (only goes to 500) with the New York DLC release.
BTW a good place to mine for green (teal) gear is the dark zone, they'll be challenging as most of the enemies are purple and gold colored. Also the Dark Zones with the knife over them are open zone so you'll run into skilled players there. But it's also a place to get good gear.
Thank you, I finally found complete 6/3 gold set but haven't seen any beyond that yet, ya those young ones in the DZ always kick my butt.
As I said before - there's only a set of 3 for the blue, pink, and gold gear; so for a complete gold set for example you'll need to two sets from different manufactures. Example: Murakami - 3/3 + Alps Summit Armament -3/3.
Only the green (teal) set comes in a complete set of 6. Example On Going Directive - 6/6. And the green gear is hard to get as you have to first get blueprints before you get the gear.
FINALLY!!!! I beat the Kenly College investigations. To clarify - When Kenley College was first released it was just the college building. Kenley College now comprises of 3 expeditions. Thus I completed one of the 3 expeditions.
Anyway within the college building are 3 investigations you must complete (in any order) in a single run. If you leave or quit before doing so, you’ll have to replay all 3 again… even if you beat 2 of 3.
That said, of the 3 investigations, the most challenging is the "Investigate the server equipment" mission within the "Investigate the server" investigation. In that mission there are 3 terminals in a large room you'll need to defend. Their locations randomly cycle so you can’t sit on one. Add that once you get through the first two waves the challenge ramps up in that you have to hold out for about 4 minutes as the timer counts down in defending not only yourself but the terminals. Survive that, and the enemy spawning stops and you just need to clear those left.
This mission was so challenging that after a thousand tries, when I finally survived the timer, I was momentarily overjoyed only to be one shot killed by a stray enemy! Replay!!! You can’t imagine the sheer anger and frustration
That was two days ago. Tonight, with clear eyes and laser focus, I finally beat that investigation. Playing it first made the other two investigations a breeze since my stress level was gone. Finally!!! All 3 done
On a serious note - though I’m partially joking about my game frustrations, I know some can get really intense. Please remember these are games. No need to get your blood pressure boiling to the point of damaging stuff or worse… others. I mention that because these are stressful times right now. If you feel yourself going over the edge… take a deep breath and relax. And if able, take a walk.
Peace😊
Drew, Nice!
I did The Pentagon and got all the way to the end with the mortars and petered out.

I thought it was pretty good, even better than Wildlands and only $20. It's got more tech like Division with drones and gear and the SP is doable.
