Decided to try No Mans Sky since the devs (Hello Games) put a lot of effort into fixing the original release and added a lot more content.
Got it for £19.99 on Steam, must say it is extremely good, a bit like a good book, couldn't put it down.
If you can get it on sale and like open world exploring games with side questing and a main story I would strongly recommend it.
It runs on my i5 8400 + GTX1050Ti at 60+ fps at 1080p with most options on max, looks really good and has been running without a single crash or glitch since early December when I bought it.

I'm still enjoying Red Dead Online. I did just buy Borderlands 3 though, so I may jump into that soon.

I think I'm going to get RDR2 on the Steam Luna sale. What is Red Dead Online though? Something else?

It's just the online version of the game. If you buy RDR2 you get access to both the story mode and Red Dead Online. It's the same thing as with GTA5 and GTA Online, except Red Dead Online isn't full of modders using cheat menus.

It can be a lot of fun to play with friends, especially if you get into some of the roles like Trader, Bounty Hunter or Moonshiner.

Have you finished the story already? I heard that it is pretty large. Is it AC Odyssey large?

Yeah, I finished the story on Xbox, before it came out on PC, and then got halfway through it again on PC before I started playing RDO most of the time. It is a very, very large story which starts out slow. The first two to three hours had me wondering if I'd finish the game, but once it picked up, it really picked up. I'd say it's a little bit larger than ACO, especially if you're a completionist. I think I put about 115 hours into the story with all the side quests and whatnot, although if I'd just wanted to speed through, I probably could have finished it in about 45-50.

After plying CoD WWII for over a month, Defender suddenly decided that one of .DLL files was malware. Had to reinstall the game.
