Gheez... that game takes a HIT with ray tracing.. It's the most complex RTed game I have ever seen to date. It looks impressive, that's for sure. Even without RT it looks impressive with its destructions and clever use of ssr. Other than the brilliance of the technology, is it any fun?

Good to see ya man. I'm playing all ultra settings at 1440p 60fps through most of the game. Its amazing with all the destruction and all.
Oh yeah, I'm having a blast just throwing things around and watching things break. It's awesome.

Oh, it's a lot of fun, especially if you're into David Lynch/X-Files style weirdness. Plus, with DLSS on, I average around 80 FPS with RT settings on high. If I turn it off, I still average around 50. The 2080 Ti is a beast.

Has anyone bought Jurassic World Evolution ?

I got the Deluxe Edition the other day when it was on sale for $18.65 total

Now it`s back up to $49.99

    Jurassic World Evolution on Steam

Ya I know it was released in June of 2018, but I always watch to buy games on sale.

Yep, I'm here. Got my 2080 Ti Hybrid this evening and have been playing around in Control to see the difference between RTX on and off.

On (notice the reflection in the defibrillator box. That's a reflection of the room behind me):

Control looks amazing with ray tracing on and set to high. With DLSS off, I average around 50 FPS. With it on, I average around 80. Currently working on overclocking, then it's time for benchmarks. After that, I'll see about grabbing some video for you guys, and try to do some RTX off/on comparisons.
You have Control too, that's weird.

It's a great game that's unfortunately only available through the Epic Games Store at the moment. I don't think it comes to Steam until 6 or 12 months after initial release.

Finally got some Control video. Tried to get it last night, but recording from GameBar isn't working for some reason, so I had to install GFE today.

I wasn't in an area that was great for showing off ray tracing, but I tried to get some good reflections where I could. Next time I get to an all-glass area that really shows off everything, I'll grab some more video.
