Brought from a retail store but I was able to book an RMA directly with Asus NZ. I inquired just to make sure and the authorized repair center said that 3 dead pixels is sufficient for warranty. Unfortunately parts for this monitor will need to be ordered in which could extend the wait up to 2-3 weeksNot sure how Asus is doing their replacements. Did you buy it directly from them or from a retailer? Six dead pixels seems excessive to just occur recently. Really bad luck if they were dead and not stucked.

Yeah they look pretty dead to me, definitely black pixels but I suppose the service center can determine whether their stuck or dead.

@RoasterMen It's called Anime Action MMO on Steam to me.Looks weird, is it like Phantasy Star Online? A Japanese game I know I want is Biohazard RE:2, or Resident Evil 2, from Capcom. Speaking of which it comes out tomorrow.
The game was originally developed from South Korea though.
