Yep found that out myself. In addition to the motorcycle I yesterday found a car. Thought I would be safer which I was until I got out. They can all hear you coming. Don't think scout mode is needed for that.

Actually thought of that the one time I had a car. Drove for almost 5 minutes. Didn't see anyone close to or on the road. Don't blame them plus they hear me coming.

I am good at road kills in Grand Theft Auto V, often by accident.
