ROTTR is a fun game, dude. Just recorded the same DX12 scene as you and ran the benchmark. My numbers are much lower but of course GFE recommended settings are different for different hardware. It isn't recommending DSR for me so I'm at 1080P but most settings are at very high.

PS: if you press Q on the keyboard in game it shows you where to jump/climb to.

If I remember correctly, they had some ROTTR dx12 issues early on when the game was released but believe they sorted them out. But from your vids, dude, both dx 11 and dx 12 are looking good.

Agreed. You got movement nailed down quickly enough. You are getting to some of the more difficult puzzles. In battles, the bow is fun from a distance or elevation but you will come to some pretty cool fights with shotguns and machine guns.

I hope you guys aren't using gfe on a regular basis and this is just for testing? I am always recommended settings above or below an acceptable framerate. That program never gets it right. It tells me for Kingdom Come Deliverance ultra quality for most settings, even when the game clearly states that ultra is for future hardware. Not something my 1070 can handle well, other than for taking screenshots and enjoying the scenery.

Here is an example of how much the Spectre & Meltdown OS patches are affecting gaming performance. Check out the difference in minimum FPS and how smooth the frametime graphs are with Spectre and or Meltdown disabled. I hope MS can improve the patches in the future to have less of a performance footprint...
