Well that totally sucks if true. Look at what the game dev (working with Nvidia I assume) states in the game option settings.




"DX 12 recommended for best performance and to allow the use of the latest hardware features." What's that mean - RTX? I was thinking well maybe RTX will push Nvidia to work on DX12 and get away from DX11. Or is RTX more Vulcan oriented/optimized.


In game graphic options also saying DX11 is available for older operating systems and older graphic hardware.


So we (or Blackrose) needs to switch to DX11 to avoid crashes? What a disappointment if true. I'll be curious to see if Nvidia ever recommends that on their forum.
