From what I'm hearing Youtube uploads videos at a max resolution of 1920x1080 so I don't think you'll ever get the same quality as the original video.. Still looking more into though. It appears that these forum embedded videos have the worst quality so probably better to watch it in Youtube. I agree with specialk the OSD data can be seen quite clearly when viewed from Youtube.

Edit: I don't know about you guy's but when I switch to full screen it is initially blurry but then it comes right nice and clear.
When I watch a game video with OSD I always click "watch on you tube" and then go full screen. On anyone's videos (including my own) I find the OSD clearer on full screen.

As you can see from this screenshot of your video, in the you tube settings I can select anything up to 4K. For me, below 1080P HD the quality isn't as good as 1080P. If I select 4K I don't seem to notice much difference in that compared to 1080P. My logic tells me that is because I have a 1080P monitor and for you guys with 2K and 4K monitors the video would look even better than what I see. That's a guess of course as I won't know for sure unless/until I upgrade my monitor.

"It has been a long wait for early adopters of GeForce RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti cards as this is now the first official title that supports the feature. Paired with GeForce 416.94 WHQL drivers, Windows 10 1809 and a patched Battlefield V you'll be in for a surprise, the performance drops with roughly 50% at a resolution of 1920x1080. That's still a very playable framerate, however, at high resolutions, the fun will be gone real fast. DICE, however, is bringing you some options, as you can RTX select levels; off, low, medium, high, and ultra as choices of RTX level of graphics detail under. You'll spot this under the DXR ray-traced reflections quality" setting. We'll be checking out the effect of Raytracing relative in performance as soon as we can and update the numbers in our Battlefield V performance analysis as soon."

Battlefield V Raytracing Features are now enabled (Initial benchmarks and screenshots)

Wow, with raytracing on 40 FPS in BF5 at 2K and just above 20 FPS at 4K with a 2080 TI. Maybe doorules will be able to give us some (slow motion ) OSD videos when the game is finalized on the 20th.

With all options enabled and playing at 4k it's a joke. GPU simply doesn't have enough power to make it close to worthwhile. That is with all video settings to ultra. And the core +100 and mem +500.

I turn dx12 off and play with about 100-150 fps with ultra video settings. Glad I didn't buy the 2080ti for what it could do in gaming, I mean I could care less about ray tracing and whatever other gimmicks it supposedly has. lol.

I heard Ray Tracing didn't support resolutions higher than 1920x1080? Anyway sounds like nothing to be excited about at the resolution I play at. Only potential benefit with the 20 series cards to me may be DLSS, saw quite a performance boost in FFXV with it. Have you experimented with DLSS doorules?

Oh I wasn't aware of those playback quality settings, setting it to 4K it looks just like my actual monitors resolution, great!

I wanted to try and get some footage of some of the landmarks in the city of Athens for you guys but it didn't work out as planned so you get some footage of a run down Fort instead.

That's our knowledgeable doorules. BFV is the first game with ray tracing "features". I hope others are looking at third party gaming bench numbers before making their decisions. I wonder what manufacturers of high refresh rate gaming monitors think of ray tracing gaming? Buy an expensive high refresh rate monitor and then buy an even more expensive RTX gpu to negate the high refresh rate features of the monitor. Insane. But yes, the non ray tracing or DX11 performance looks solid.

Great performance and graphics and great game play. Some of that is like the movement in SOTTR. Very neat.

I tried to talk myself out of it, but...

I figure I'll pop out and play Fallout 76 whenever I feel like I need a break from Red Dead Redemption 2. By the time I actually finish RDR2, hopefully they'll have all the bugs worked out of FO76.
