Did you center joystick in the driver first ? You also might want to make it less sensitive if you can. Prop planes are "lazy" with controls and don't react as fast as you can move them. I have (actually had but long time expired) pilot's license, A lot of flying hours on small planes and gliders. In flight sims, best not to touch them until take off speed.
No, my joystick isn't turning the plane. I calibrated it in Windows so joystick is working fine. I figured I would only need turning control, power and flaps to take off. Definitely doing multiple things wrong. I think MS flight simulator tells you what to press with each step. That's what i need.

About to finish my second play through of Control, and I'm thinking about running through Red Dead 2 for a second time.
The new update is interesting, and the addition of DLSS has boosted my framerates a lot.
This is the benchmark at 5120x1440 with everything fully maxed out and DLSS set on balanced:
I'm playing Windows 11.
The side quests aren't too bad, but the boss monster is a real killer.
