I really, really enjoyed Far Cry 4. The setting was pretty spectacular, and the ability to have a friend drop in for co-op is pretty awesome.

That's a great game! I bought it awhile ago, but just recently finished it. I love the Far Cry games, can't wait for Far Cry 5 to come out!
Far Cry 5 is my second most anticipated game of the year behind Red Dead Redemption 2. I really love the setting and story type they've come up with this time. March 27th can't get here soon enough.

The first game I bought from Uplay was a straight port and an extremely bad one at that. There was no way to get the controls to work properly plus the game was buggy. I bought another one a few months later and it was the same way, unplayable, Support was non existent. I uninstalled it and left them alone for several years. Not long ago I installed it again and found that they were much better than they used to be. I played SGW and it was a pretty good game. Yes, a little buggy, but it was very playable and I enjoyed it. I got Ghost Recon Wildlands from them and had a ball with it. It was really fun. The point is Uplay used to be really really bad. They are much better now.

Is anyone going to play Kingdom Come: Deliverance? It looks very unique and it's not just your typical fantasy adventure roleplaying game either, and it's just around the corner too! February 13th. It looks kind of like The Elder Scrolls meets The Witcher meets Mount & Blade, but it's set in a real medieval world with focus on authenticity, so no dragons and magic.

Just finished Metro: 2033. It was a fun game, but I'm not a big fan of linear gameplay. One mission right after the other with no free time to explore the world or anything like that. Not quite like the Far Cry games where there are many side missions and an open world to explore.

However, the story was very good, makes me want to read the book now.

Fired up some of my old favorites past week, Delta Force 1 and 2 just to compare with newer games. What took me couple of weeks to finish each i the past on a lousy 1 or 2 core processor, ow took couple of hours. When I played first one, I had so slow computer that I had to turn sound off just to be playable !
What is perplexing is that they take several minutes to load and start now on an ultra fast SSD.
