Including registry (specifically targeted at GameDVR), what THE **** Microsoft? I literally did a format to install windows 10 then I am met with this, is this a freaking agenda to target steam users? The universe hates me and this is reinforcing the proof.

I just upgraded from 8.1 to 10, in 8.1 everything was fine literally, I also once installed 10 before creators update and fps was on point no problems at all. I don't have vsync turned on at all and I have ensured that the appropriate settings for vsync are all turned off. I even used DDU to uninstall my Nvidia driver and reinstalled from scratch a certified one after I let Nvidia scan my PC etc. Clearly a windows problem. ALL GAMES get this not just one. I've tested everything and checked every option.

I use a Dell laptop, 1366x768 60 Hertz monitor, my dedicated GPU is Geforce 920M.

    Hi,
I doubt upgrading to pro is going to fix the fps deal but would give you other perks to limit 10's adds.....
Have you looked through game mode stuff and disabled it

I got it turned off in the registry since there were no options for it, and still.

So there was a 300 something kb update in Windows and after it I no longer have this problem, I'll keep playing for a while to see if it'll come back or not.
