I had the same problem. I reinstalled the drivers, did all manner of experimentation to try for a fix, I finally discovered the actual problem. Win 10 apparently RANDOMLY had turned on "Filter Keys" in "Ease of Access". I discovered this when I inadvertently held down a key while carrying the notebook. It's not a "delay" - the keyboard simply won't react unless you hold down each key for a second! It looks like the keyboard is disabled. But it still works fine... Ease of Access-turn off filter keys. To check it, simply hold down a key and see if it eventually reacts.
