I just checked for hidden devices on my computer and I do not get an expanded list of hidden devices of either the mouse or the keyboard.

I don't know if this makes sense but is it possible to uninstall or delete each one of the hidden devices of the mouse and the keyboard?
--- Why would there be a number of hidden mouse & keyboard devices?

I don't know if this makes a difference, but I'm on a laptop so I wouldn't expect to see the keyboard to show any hidden devices, on the mouse I did use a wired mouse once but now use a wireless mouse.

Here's some useful info on error code 10 from Lifewire: How to Fix Error Code 10 (This Device Cannot Start). Sounds like your mouse is now definitely the culprit. Hopefully, that means you'll be able to get this squared away soon.

i don't know about that , because i just bought a new mouse and it's just hard to believe that the mouse itself would be the problem =/ maybe something hardware related idk
