MDT deployment. Some settings are managed by your system administrator

After the 1709 update for Windows 10, we have experienced that all new deploments get the error: Some settings are managed by your system administrator in the update menu We use a clean image from Microsoft without any changes and we did not experienced this error before.
    What am I missing?

I've finally found the reason for receiving the message on the new deployed machines.
I'm just not sure how to fix it.
The reason is that the computer becomes a member of a corporate network without asking if it should be, It should be on a home network by default.
Is there any one who knows how to change this so it does not happen?
