I'm surprised you even got windows 10 to work on that laptop. It's not supported (7 and Vista) and because of that your are using windows 10 generic drivers. This may be the root cause of your issue. You might want to try and install all your necessary and needed drivers in compatibility mode. If that will even work. You might want to check your BIOS version and update that as well.

If this were mine: I would factory reset the laptop. Check BIOS and update to latest version (version 212 is the latest), and I would leave it at that.

Just for kicks....can you post a screen shot of your device manager? I want to see if you have any errors showing up.

Well, i have it working for 3 month without issues. It used to freeze, no keywords, no mouse, just blocked, after sometime and needed to be reinstalled. Since last time it's running ok so far. Installed new SSD and working fast.

Which process did you use to create pen, just interested.

Plankton, I have 10 running on a laptop built for XP (Dell 360) and on another built for Vista. Same for desktops. Win 10 will install on just about anything and it looks like they are expanding their driver library. The old XP desktop wouldn't sleep in 1607 but it was just updated to 1703 and it sleeps fine.
