Slow Scanner after clean install win 10 FU

I have a HP 6500A AIO printer-scanner. After a clean install Win 10 FU, it's extremely slow to load the scanner. It is on a network. It has latest HP drivers.

I found that with both the CU and FCU I had issues with my HP printer (5610v). Instead of spending countless hours on searches for a fix.....I just simply uninstalled my driver/software and downloaded a new copy and installed it. With each update and each uninstall and reinstall of printer.....my printer works perfectly.
