Yep. I mentioned this before here.
I also export the drivers to a dedicated folder after every driver update using either:
Command line Admin:
Change D:\ to whatever you fancy.Code:Dism /online /export-driver /destination:D:\Drivers
Or Powershell Admin:
Of course you need to create the "Drivers" folder first.Code:Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination D:\Drivers
If you do not run the update from setup.exe then a %Windir\Lastgood folder (or Lastgood tmp) gets created. This allows you to rollback the driver to the previous version.
If you're happy with the current latest one you can delete his folder too.
This not only pertains to Realtek updates but to others drivers as well.
