Look under Sound Video and Game controllers too.
Is this the MB: Striker II Formula | Motherboards | ASUS Global
    ?

W7 drivers should work: Striker II Formula | ROG - Republic Of Gamers | ASUS Global

Yes, that's the motherboard. Ok I will try it. Thanks.

But should I uninstall High Definition Audio Device from Device Manager before installing those new drivers?

That's likely HDMI output from GPU.

I think one of those will be from the GPU Mike but the other will be the Generic Windows one.

Squickly, it's best you forget about Realtek, as CountMike said your SS of Device Manager showed no evidence of a Realtek HD chip being present. I've also spent a while searching for Windows 10 compatible drivers for your ADI 1988B 8 -Channel High Definition Audio CODEC but unfortunately all I found was posts from users who are in the same position as yourself

If there is a Nvidia GPU , it may have its own High Def. Sound entry too, for HDMI or DisplayPort , I have this alongside my Realtek as I have a GTX470 and a GTX 970 in my other system.

Hey, thanks for taking time to search for it. I have found and installed it, soundmax drivers I mean, it's working fine.

Also to the other guy, I have Asus AMD Radeon HD 7790.

It's normal for Realtek to release so many updates, sometimes it's three releases in a week. Trouble is they never release changelogs.
