I'll give 7719 a try but up to now 7712 are the best I've heard.

I think they did slow down for awhile, now you know how I ended up with 7714 and not 7712.

I didn't try 7714 as they were specifically coded for Wistron.
I prefer to stick with the generic Realtek drivers.

I think they are all Generic regardless what it says as it will only install using the correct inf file anyways as it seems like all drivers have multiple profiles like Dolby, THX, DTS, etc.

That's because the Microsoft drivers are smaller in file size. The Realtek ones are released too often even though it's WHQL.

is still working with 7712 and I suppose with later drivers also,.... good thing.

What to do if there's no equalizer at all ?
