So i got it to show up in control panel i went into realtek folder and clicked it in there and it is now in control panel, but still will not load in taskbar despite what i do, it looks to me like this is deliberate function of realtek software now like maybe they did away with this function, any ideas??

Running Windows 10 Home x64 here.
So what you are saying Tony is that the Realtek HD Audio Manager never shows up in the system tray. Which means it's not being loaded at bootup.
If you are happy at looking at the Registry go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / Run. One of the entries should be "C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\RtkNGUI64.exe" -s. This either enables or disables the Realtek HD Audio Manager to run at startup.

not seeing the run area i found it in the windows area run and runonce but inside run the key for realtek is not showing at all in there, very bizarre. What did i do or rather what did windows do with it when i installed realtek it use to be just fine till windows updated it and it went away, now i can not get it back no matter what i do to try.
