DISM doesn't like the cab file... how to install without a headache? :P
That driver link sent me to 'Driver Reviver' :/
Also the Microsoft Update Catalogue won't let me download the drivers D:
Does the file being in the MS update catalog mean it will be included in a future automatic update ?
Nvm, needed to use https and not http
I just spotted build 7811 WHQL on the Realtek ftp server.
ftp://ftp3.realtek.com.tw/Realtek/Ge..._Win7_WHQL.zip
username: spcust
password: hwwk758z
Also on Microsoft Update Catalog but once again there is a problem downloading from there.
Microsoft Update Catalog

Microsoft Update Catalog is stuck in some M$ hole in the ground because it stopped working recently. Oh BTW, while my sound system is not perfect after Win-10, why should I consider 7811 WHQL? Does it pertain to my PC system? Yeah, that question is about as ambiguous as some of the posts here.
Sorry but there's no way you'll know if the driver is beneficial to you without trying it out.
I can't find anything wrong with build 7811 WHQL, however the only differences I've noticed in recent builds are in slight differences in sound quality. Personally I've never had any problems with any of the Realtek HD drivers.
