    Hi,

From command prompt use expand.exe to extract all files from the cabinet file, then run setup.exe

    EXPAND Source.cab -F:Files Destination
    -R Rename expanded files.
-I Rename expanded files but ignore directory structure.
-D Display list of files in source.
Source Source file specification. Wildcards may be used.
-F:Files Name of files to expand from a .CAB.
Destination Destination file | path specification.
    Destination may be a directory.
If Source is multiple files and -r is not specified,
    Destination must be a directory.
    Cheers,

Simply double click on the .CAB file - it will open. Drag the contents to another folder. Done.
    I recommend free 7-Zip.

To make it even more easier to install a .cab file.

Hello, thank you for replying to me. I can not find any Setup.exe in the .CAB from MUC in first post and context does some thing. Is there a missing .CAB I'm needing?

If there's no setup program, you'll have to install driver fro Device manager.
